Thank you for choosing ISS as your chiropractic health care provider.  We understand choosing a chiropractic provider is not an easy. Feel free to ask questions.  Remember, the best patient is an informed patient.

 

Our Process

A typical first time visit will last 15-30 minutes.  For prompt service, please print and fill out our New Patient Intake Form and bring it with you. When you enter the office, you can fill out the rest of the paper work and be ready to see one of our providers.  The provider will perform an initial exam and create a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for your needs. If further testing is needed, you will be notified immediately and arrangements will be made accordingly.  If no further testing is needed, you will receive your first treatment.

 

Attire

We want you to be comfortable during your treatment, so we don’t want to put you in a medical gown if it is unnecessary!  Please dress in clothes that are comfortable and do not restrict your movement or inhibit treatment from our providers. There may be times were you will be asked to wear a gown, if this is the case, we will do our best to make you feel comfortable.

Initial Exam
There is always an initial exam for all new patient, no exceptions.  This exam is for your protection and to make sure you receive the highest quality care ISS can provide.

Diagnostic Imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT)

ISS does not provide any of these services in the office.  If it is medically necessary, we will set you up with an appointment where these services are provided.  ISS will only take x-rays if there is a clinical reason to do so.
