We would like to thank you for choosing ISS as your health care provider. We understand choosing a doctor is not an easy choice. We want to make it as easy and comfortable as we can when you start receiving care from us. Feel free to ask as many questions as you want. The best patient is an informed patient.
Our Process
A typical first time visit will last a ½ hour to an hour. For faster service, print and fill out the
New Patient Intake Form. When you enter the office, you can fill out the rest of the paper work and be ready to see the doctor. The doctor will perform an initial exam and decide a course of action. If further testing is needed, you will be set up accordingly. If no further testing is needed, you will receive your first treatment.
Attire
We want you to be comfortable, which means we don’t want to put you in a gown if we don’t have to.
If you have a leg issue, wear/bring your own shorts
If you have an arm issue, wear/bring your own short sleeve shirt
There may be times were you will be required to wear a gown, if this is the case, we will do our best to make you feel comfortable.
Initial Exam
There is always an initial exam, no exceptions. This is for your protection and to make sure you receive the highest quality care.
Diagnostic Imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT)
ISS does not provide any of these services in the office. If it is medically necessary, we will set you up with an appointment where these services are provided. ISS will only take x-rays if there is a clinical reason to.
