We accept most forms of insurance. Please note that Chiropractic coverage differs between varied providers. During your first visit, once we have an idea of which services will be rendered, we will call your insurance company to verify your specific benefits and coverage. Before care begins with us, we review our fees and services with you and happily answer all questions to eliminate any surprises.
Personal Injury
By law, you have a right to choose your own physician when you have been in an accident. Therefore, we accept personal injury cases and will work with you and your supporting team to get you the best possible care.
Workers Compensation
Workers Compensation, by Wisconsin state law, covers up to two physicians of your choice. We accept all cases of workers compensation and will gladly work with you and your job.
