Methods of Payment
At ISS, we want you to receive care as soon as you need it. Therefore, we accept a variety of payment methods including cash, checks, all major credit cards, and multiple insurance carriers.
Insurance
Now accepting New Patients with Medicaid and/or Medicare!
We accept most forms of insurance including:
- WPS
- Alliance
- Humana
- HSM
- Forward Health/Medicaid
- Medicare
The accepted POS plans include:
- Dean POS
- Unity POS
- Physician's Plus POS
- GHC POS
Please note that Chiropractic coverage differs between insurance providers. Following your initial exam during your first visit and we have an idea of which services will be rendered, please contact your provider to ensure the extent of your chiropractic coverage. If you have any questions, please contact Ashley, ISS’s Office Manager, for assistance with that process. Before care begins, we will review our fees and services with you and happily answer all questions to eliminate any unnecessary surprises.
Cash Payment
For uninsured patients or patients that prefer to not use their insurance coverage, we offer a same day cash payment plan at a discounted rate. By paying with cash, check, or major credit card the day of the appointment, patients will receive a 30% discount (after the initial exam), on all services rendered that day.
Personal Injury
When you have an accident, whether it is an auto accident, some form of assault, or an accident due to a product defect, it can be devastating in a variety of ways. Whether it is a serious or mild injury, by law, you have a right to choose your own physician when you have been in an accident. Therefore, we accept personal injury cases and will work with you and your supporting team to get you the best possible care.
Workers' Compensation
Workers' Compensation is a form of insurance that provides wage replacement and medical benefits for individuals that are injured on the job. Workers' Compensation, by Wisconsin state law, covers up to two physicians of your choice. If you are hurt on the job, we can help you. We accept all cases of workers' compensation and will gladly work with you and your job.
