Integrated Sport and Spine Clinic of Madison LLC covers a wide variety of events, from charities to sporting events. This page will always have an updated listing of where ISS will be and what ISS is doing there. Group Runs!
Every Tuesday night through the summer we will meet at the office and go out on a group run. There are several bike paths around and we will change the course frequently. It will be anywhere from 1-5 miles and will usually involve some sort of plyo workout as well. These runs are more designed for the beginner and will be more of a slow to moderate pace...unless you want to zip ahead of course.
Runs will normally leave around 6pm unless otherwise posted.
