Its time for another quinticential Wisconsin November. With it comes plumeting temps, flurries of snow, a "too soon" Christmas advertisements.
ISS has teamed up with Team SISU, a local triathalon training group based in Madison. With over 50 members SISU strives to provide a welcoming community for both beginner and experienced triathletes. Dr. Zac is the clinic liason with team SISU.
This month, ISS will be working with Fleet Feet Sports - Madison for the Weekend Warriors Seminar on Nov. 16th. Dr. Dave will be speaking on the topic of optimizing cold weather training, and Fleet Feet with show you the gear to get you started!
